Our Project is based on combining previously validated studies (from both traditional and VR therapy) of exposure therapy and relaxation techniques (such as guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and forest bathing) in combatting phobia induced anxiety in the virtual world. ## Our Study 🤓🔬 We are currently conducting an A/B study to investigate:
