Our Project is based on combining previously validated studies (from both traditional and VR therapy) of exposure therapy and relaxation techniques (such as guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and forest bathing) in combatting phobia induced anxiety in the virtual world.

We are currently conducting an A/B study to investigate:
How does relaxation techniques when combined with VRET enhance the treatment effectiveness on a patient’s response to a fear stimulant?
