Emergency Pharmacy Roster Planning
The Emergency Pharmacy Roster Planning project aims to optimise and semi-automate the pharmacy department’s monthly shift scheduling process at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. By leveraging a low-code platform, ABC Roster, it facilitates flexible shift allocation, reducing human errors and time spent on manual scheduling. The project provides a user-friendly interface, analytics to track overtime, leave, and shift distribution, and an optimal, exportable roster in Excel. This semi-automated solution ensures adaptable and efficient scheduling, allowing for seamless long-term use, supporting dynamic staffing needs, and meeting various shifts requirements.
