Specialty nurses, who provide advanced care for patients, are currently scheduling their hospital ward rounds manually. To reduce the inefficiencies caused by this manual process, we introduced an optimisation program built on Microsoft Excel VBA. This solution will be integrated with the existing system that SingHealth nurses use. Our solution aims to automate the scheduling of the nurses' rounds in a more efficient manner and facilitate faster updates to their schedules so that more time can be allocated to providing better patient care.
