FAQ

Is there parking available at the venue, and how do I get there?

The Kent Ridge Guild House is located at 9 Kent Ridge Drive, Singapore 119241. Please note that there is no parking directly at the Guild House. Here is the Google Maps link: https://share.google/MjVOBA7cYB68Qp2gr.  
The nearest carpark is Car Park 15 (CP15), located in front of Temasek and Eusoff Halls. 
The venue is accessible by car, taxi and public transport. For detailed directions, please refer to the website here: https://www.nuss.org.sg/our-guild-houses/kent-ridge/.   

Can I purchase a ticket for someone else?

For [Alumni] ticket types, you can only purchase it for yourself as we require you to key in your year of graduation and pursued degree for verification purposes.

How do I inform the organisers about my dietary restrictions or food allergies?

If you will be joining us for dinner, please complete the Microsoft Form linked in your confirmation email. Please indicate your dietary restrictions via that Form and let us know your meal preference. 

Can I change my dietary requirements after registration?

Please contact the organising team at slebox1@nus.edu.sg by 15 October 2026 latest if you need to update your dietary requirements. We seek your understanding that we may not be able to accede to requests submitted after 15 Oct

Will photography and videography take place during the event?

 Yes, there will be authorised personnel activated to capture the moment on this happy day 📸  
Please note that photography and videography taken during the event may be used for marketing and publicity purposes in print, electronic and social media.

If I am on the waitlist, how do I know whether I will be successfully registered for the event?

If there are sufficient tickets available, we will contact you separately via the email address you provided in the waitlist form. You will be required to make payment and select your meal option.

I graduated many years ago. Am I still welcome to attend?

Absolutely! The Silver Jubilee is a celebration of the entire MEM community, and we warmly welcome alumni from all cohorts. 

Will there be opportunities to network with other MEM alumni?

Yes! The event will bring together MEM alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the programme, providing opportunities to reconnect and network over the course of the evening. 

Will there be any commemorative activities for the MEM 25th Anniversary?

We have exciting activities lined up for the whole day, from alumni-led seminars to a celebratory dinner! During the evening registration, we will also have a photobooth for everyone to have fun with, and another booth activity as a surprise.
