This programme invites three leading legal scholars in the world to deliver three online sessions on Sustainable Finance. The goal is for participants to understand the latest law, policy and regulatory framework for sustainable finance. The first session introduces the concept of sustainable finance and examine its links to law. The second session deals with the policy and regulatory framework for sustainable finance, such as the leading regulatory framework for sustainable investment products in the EU. The third session focuses on the corporate dimension of sustainable finance such as corporate purpose, stakeholder integration and due diligence.

1. Fees are to be paid before the commencement of the event with exception of e-invoices.

3. Registration is transferable within the same organisation if the request is made at least one week in advance of the event.

i.
