Our team has partnered with a hospital in Singapore to design an automated process for the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system. The current system involves highly manual steps relating to data collection, data processing, and visualisation. Our proposed solution consists of new dashboard designs to improve interactivity for users and an automated end-to-end workflow for the process.
