Our solution, a comprehensive dashboard, equips the SGH team with actionable insights through reliable data visualization, enabling better tracking and reporting of patient care and experiences. Through our research, we've identified key challenges hospitals face in delivering care, managing complaints, and addressing medico-legal cases. By leveraging Tableau, we provide the team with dynamic, real-time analytics that enhance decision-making and streamline workflows. This tool empowers the SGH team to anticipate issues, improve patient outcomes, and address feedback efficiently.
