Fresh-Check Smart Storage System
Fresh-Check is an innovative AIoT smart storage system designed to bridge the gap between visual inspection and actual biological ripeness. By integrating MQ-series gas sensors with Computer Vision, the system effectively "smells" volatile organic compounds and monitors physical spotting in real-time to provide a comprehensive prediction of banana ripeness.
