Bridging Resilience(s): Call for Abstracts

Call for abstract
We welcome abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations that engage with the conference theme Bridging Resilience(s) and address emerging challenges, innovative practices, research findings, or critical perspectives in sustainable cities and landscapes.
Please submit your abstract for an oral/poster presentation under one of the following tracks:
Track 1: AI for resilience  
Track 2: Human–nature interactions and health implications  
Track 3: Environmental, economic, and social infrastructure 
Track 4: Climate justice  
Track 5: Botanic and agricultural urbanism  
Track 6: Urban landscape biodiversity  
Track 7: Water, seascapes, and infrastructure  
Track 8: Energy landscapes and systems  
Track 9: Community engagement and co-design

Please note: “Paper Submission” is the default system label for this submission portal. Authors are only required to submit an abstract, not a full paper. Access the abstract submission portal via the "Paper Submission" tab on the top banner.  

Key Dates
Abstract submission deadline: 15 November 2026
Author notification and abstract submission result: 15 January 2027
Submission Requirements
Title: Maximum of 20 words.  
Body: Maximum of 300 words to outline the research aim, question, methods, preliminary/expected results, and practical implications  
Keywords: Up to 5 keywords  
Selected abstracts from the open call will be assigned to either a parallel session for oral presentation or a poster session.

Please note that WGs activities are coordinated separately with the respective WG leaders. If your research aligns with the focus of one or more WGs, please contact the WG leaders to explore opportunities for engagement.
