Nursing teams rely on timely and accurate incident reporting data to drive Just Culture reviews and improve patient safety. However, current workflows are manual, fragmented, and error-prone, involving repeated Excel cleaning, Tableau re-formatting and individual reminder emails, which delay insights and add unnecessary workload to nurse managers. Our solution is an automated incident data pipeline with dashboards and a built-in Just Culture case flagging feature. We aim to reduce administrative burden, strengthen data integrity and accelerate learning cycles.
