Nurse managers invest significant time and effort into creating the “perfect” roster. However, the complexity of scheduling, constant variability, and fragmented data across multiple folders, makes rostering an exhausting task that causes ongoing stress for nurse managers. To address this challenge, we aim to create a rostering system built within the Microsoft ecosystem, that integrates automation while providing flexibility to users, to meaningfully improve efficiency, ease the load on nursing managers and ultimately enhance patient care delivery. We believe this solution would be valuable not only to nurse managers but also for any team that relies on complex, data-driven scheduling.
