Mente Fracta — Project Description

MOVE FAST, SWITCH PERSPECTIVES, BREAK THE LAB! Mente Fracta is a multi-perspective shooter set inside a corrupted research facility. Read the battlefield in third-person, snap to first-person for more immersive gameplay, and use grounded, realistic traversal to outmaneuver threats. A paint-style shader gives the scene a bold, stylized look.

Overview

  • Genre: Multi-perspective (TPS ↔ FPS) action shooter
  • Core Pillars: Realistic traversal, expressive gunplay, on-the-fly perspective switching, readable stylized visuals
  • Setting: A fractured laboratory overrun by corrupted subjects

What Makes It Different

  1. TPS ↔ FPS on demand — Survey in third-person, tighten aim in first-person, and swap back without breaking flow.
  2. Grounded traversal — Smooth, realistic mantling and step-overs make space readable and encourage flanking. (No wall-running by design.)
  3. Paint-style shader — Painterly rendering that preserves combat readability under pressure.
