This project aims to address the challenges faced by the KKH Pharmacy Lab in managing the traceability and inventory of consumables via a digital consumables management application.

The existing manual data entry system is prone to human errors and compromises traceability. By replacing this with barcode scanning and a digital database, our application aims to reduce errors, improve accuracy in stock levels, and enable timely reordering. We anticipate that such enhanced efficiency and overall service quality can be extended to improve the logistical operations in other hospital departments seeking to optimise inventory management and enhance patient safety.
