Controlled Drugs, which have to be accurately accounted for, are currently being tracked manually by pharmacists. To reduce the inefficiencies involved in this lengthy manual process, we have developed an optimisation program built on Microsoft Excel VBA. This solution will be intergrated with the existing system that KKH Pharmacists use. Our solution aims to automate the transactions of controlled drugs in a more efficient manner, reducing transcription errors and handwriting issues while providing insights to the pharmacists on the status of each of the controlled drug's stock.
