SGH has identified two areas for improvement: (1) the need for staff to be able to provide feedback and receive updates on the status of their feedback, and (2) the need for a reliable and convenient policy query system. A closed-loop feedback system would see the needs and concerns of SGH staff be addressed fully and encourage staff to collectively improve SGH work processes and staff well-being. An efficient policy query system would help to boost efficiency and convenience for the staff, freeing up pockets of time for other daily tasks.
