Description
Junior doctors are required to undergo a 3-year training programme to gain exposure through a series of postings. To plan out these postings in advance, the Residency Admin Team has to solicit inputs from the junior doctors and take into account a set of planning rules to develop a rotation plan.
However, changes in some junior doctors' plans will cause unavoidable modifications for subsequent rotations. Hence, there is a need to develop a rotation system that is flexible enough to assign these residents to their desired postings while considering the planning rules and updating the rotation plan according to changes.
