Our team has partnered with the Division of Medicine in SGH to deliver a Clinical Database application. The current system involves the admin staff having to manually compile information from different Excel files of varying templates regularly into a single centralised repository. This is prone to error and extremely time-consuming. Our database application aims to optimise the process of uploading, updating, and extracting doctors' information records seamlessly from different Excel files through a centralised database. We hope that our solution would appeal to hospital administration staff, division, and department heads looking to optimize the rostering process for medical staff.
