Currently, innovation at SingHealth is scattered across various domains and requires manual data entry and analysis. Our project involves reviewing the current backend system and building a consolidated dashboard for Innovation Management.

With a centralized database and a standardised format of storing data, duplicate entries can be reduced and project officers can efficiently access information needed to conduct data analysis more effectively. The dashboard displays key data insights and visualizations in an intuitive manner. The aim is to enable project officers to easily monitor multiple projects and gain insights relevant to Innovation Management.
