The team partnered with the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), specifically with the Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC). Currently, the overall in-charge (IC) plans the roster manually daily. It is time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to errors. Our team built LunchEx, a dynamic and instant lunch roster generating algorithm made with Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Application to tackle the issues faced. It is built upon a station roster that the user will have to manually fill in, and can simply generate daily lunch rosters on a weekly basis. Key data insights on the lunch schedule is displayed on a dashboard.
