Our project aims to enable seamless 2-way communication between patient and clinician post-clinic visit via a secure messaging platform integrated within SingHealth’s Health Buddy app.

With this messaging platform, patients and their caregivers will be able to directly communicate with the patient’s care team regarding queries such as medication matters, symptom development, and recovery updates.

With all related communication for a particular appointment streamlined into one conversation thread, patients will be able to seek and retrieve information they need from the care team post-visit in a convenient manner.
