You are Doodle, a character of The Author's creation. The Author seems to spend their days doodling into his diary, conjuring castles, and beautiful landscapes into your world for you to live in. Somehow, you are able to draw upon such conjuring power from your castle, and thus you go about building up your homeland to your imagination, basking in its glory in enjoyment.

However, one day, your world is visited by strange entities and creatures foreign to your knowledge. Who are they? Did The Author create them? And wait, why are they destroying your home!? Faced with this crisis and with no other options, you wield your powers to create defenses to drive back the invaders.
